We're building an organization from the alignment of incentives. Instructors and lecturers have the opportunity to share their hands-on knowledge with a curious audience. Since this activity is aligned with our mission we want to support folks presenting at the lab financially to the best of our abilities.

Classes and lectures should take into account that our audience often has only a distant high school science experience, but a deep curiosity about biotechnology. We're open to a wide definition of what constitutes biotechnology. As a rule of thumb, if you're working with biological molecules or processes we'll want to share your craft with our audience. If your class/content plan fits at our lab we're delighted to split the ticket revenue 50/50 with you.
