At Biotech Without Borders

How does Biotech Without Borders help you with your goals?

Biotech without Borders provides a space for me to apply the science that I’ve learned in my classes, and see the results of the work that I have done independently. This includes being able to visualize my mistakes in a laboratory environment.

How do you imagine/see biotechnology improving the lives of all on this planet?

I hope that someday, biotech makes what’s physically impossible for humans a possibility. Although it is more about medicine, a recent development that I have been excited to see grow are surgical robotics.

Outside of biotech, what’s something you find fun?

I like to play the piano and guitar. I also like to play various sports such as bowling and volleyball.
